Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. See our Payment Policy.
Are there any extra fees at checkout?
No. You pay the item prices, the flat shipping rate for the USPS service you choose and any sales tax that applies. All of these are shown before you pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders delivered in Florida are charged Florida sales tax (6% state rate plus the county surtax, for example 1% in Miami-Dade County). We do not currently collect sales tax on orders delivered outside Florida.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email or call us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Every online order ships from our store at 1891 NW 21st St, Miami, FL 33142, United States.
Where do you ship to?
All 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate per order: $11.95 for USPS Ground Advantage or $15.95 for USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer free shipping.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. USPS Ground Advantage then takes 2–5 business days in transit (3–7 business days in total), and USPS Priority Mail takes 1–3 business days (2–5 business days in total). Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 3 additional business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with USPS tracking, and we email you the tracking number when your label is created.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return new, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Read the full Refund and Returns Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we pay for return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund.
Is there a restocking fee?
No.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show the refund.
Can I return a toy my pet has already played with?
For hygiene reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns of toys a pet has used. If a toy is defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Products and pet safety
How do I choose the right toy?
Each product page lists the pet type, dimensions, weight, materials and play styles the toy is made for. Pick a toy that suits your pet’s size and the way it plays.
Do the catnip toys contain real catnip?
Yes. Our catnip toys are filled with polyester fiberfill and dried catnip, as listed on each product page. Not every cat responds to catnip.
Should I supervise my pet while it plays?
Yes. Supervise play, check toys regularly, and take away any toy that is torn, damaged or worn. No pet toy is indestructible.
Will you add more products?
Yes. Our online range currently focuses on cat and dog toys, and we add new pet products over time.
