We ship with USPS from Miami, Florida, at the flat rates and delivery times listed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the address you gave us.

Safe use of pet toys

Choose toys that suit your pet’s size, age and chewing habits, using the dimensions and play styles listed on each product page.
Supervise your pet when it plays with any toy.
Check toys regularly and take away any toy that is damaged, torn or worn, or any small piece that comes loose.
No pet toy is indestructible. Toys are not intended for unsupervised chewing.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
